GARANTIEBEPALINGEN
GARANTIE
MP Products garandeert dat dit product vrij is van defecten in uitvoering en materiaal, bij normaal gebruik en
onder normale condities gedurende een periode van één jaar, geeft garantie op alle stalen onderdelen, dertig
dagen op alle vinyl en bekleding en negentig dagen op alle andere onderdelen.
Deze garantie geldt alleen voor de oorspronkelijke koper.
Het is raadzaam de originele kwitantie te bewaren met het handboek.
MP Products levert gratis een vervangend onderdeel indien er gedurende de garantieperiode een defect
geconstateerd is. Indien er een reparatie uitgevoerd moet worden, neemt u dan a.u.b. contact op met onze
klantenservice, uw dealer of de importeur
.
MP Products is onder geen enkele voorwaarde verantwoordelijk voor schade of gebreken die te wijten zijn aan
onjuiste montage of gebreken aan het correct werken van dit produkt.
Deze garantie geldt niet voor misbruik, verkeerd gebruik, transportschade en/of veranderingen die niet door
MP Products of een aanbevolen servicecentrum zijn uitgevoerd.
Indien een retourzending noodzakelijk is, neemt u dan contact op met onze servicedienst, uw dealer of de
importeur voor nadere instructies.
Onder geen enkele voorwaarde worden retourzendingen geaccepteerd die geen retourtoestemming van onze
servicedienst, uw dealer of de importeur
hebben.
Retourzendingen moeten gefrankeerd en in de originele verpakking of equivalent verstuurd worden.
Deze garantie is niet van toepassing indien het produkt wordt gebruikt voor verhuur of commercieel gebruik.
Deze garantie geeft u specifieke wettelijke rechten, u kunt ook andere rechten hebben die per land variëren.
VERVANGENDE ONDERDELEN
BESTELLEN
Om vervangende onderdelen te bestellen, belt u onze klantenservice, uw dealer of de importeur.
Van maandag t/m vrijdag, van 08:30 tot 17:00 uur (behalve op feestdagen).
Om ons in staat te stellen u te kunnen helpen, verzoeken wij u de volgende informatie bij de hand te houden:
1) Naam of nummer van model op de voorkant van de handleiding
2) Serienummer te vinden op het frame van de unit
3) Beschrijving van onderdeel en bestelnummer.
REGISTRATIE
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID VAN DE GEBRUIKER
Om uw garantie te laten ingaan, dient u het verstrekte registratieformulier op de volgende pagina op te sturen.
Het niet-opsturen van het registratieformulier maakt uw garantie ongeldig.
Vul het formulier in en stuur het op naar de importeur t.a.v.
