Recept met gistdeeg
Deegrecepten voor brood en gebak met gist:
Doe het mengsel in een hittebestendige schaal en maak de
roostersteun van staaldraad los en plaats deze op de bodem van
de oven.
Verwarm de oven 5 minuten voor op 40 - 50°C met de
heteluchtfunctie aan.
Schakel de oven uit en laat het gistdeeg in de warme oven 25 tot
30 minuten rijzen.
