Pull the glass plate out.
Set the left-hand slide to position 1, 2
or 3.
Slide the glass plate inward.
The fan motor switches on. Depending on
the position of the right-hand slide (A,0 or
M) the light will go on.
The fan motor switches off. Depending
on the position of the right-hand slide (A,0
or M) the light will go out.

Select with right-hand slide if you want
the light to go on/off when the glass plate
is pulled out/pushed in.
Position A: the lighting goes on/off when
the glass plate is moved in/out.
Position 0: the light is out.
Position M: the light is on.
When frying always keep an eye on it.
It is not permissible to flambée under an
extractor hood.
If you are using the appliance for the
first time then check that the air supply
is sufficient.
Clean the appliance regularly, as shown
in 'maintenance'.
The high flames could cause a fire.
Even if the fan is switched off.
Dangerous situations can arise if there is
a combination of insufficient air supply
and the use of naked flames.
This minimizes the chance of a fire
