3.1 Bediening
De temperatuurknop kan traploos worden
ingesteld.
- Minimaal:
Vorstvrije stand. De watertemperatuur
wordt ingesteld op ca 10 °C.
- E:
Energiezuinige stand. De watertempe-
ratuur wordt ingesteld op ca 55 °C. Dit
is voor afwaswater een gebruikelijke
temperatuur. Daarnaast leidt deze stand
tot minder kalkafzetting in de boiler.
- Maximaal:
Maximale stand.
pijp druppelt.
3.4 Werkzaamheden aan waterleiding
Indien de waterdruk wegvalt, bijvoor-
beeld door werkzaamheden aan het
waterleidingnet, handelt u als volgt:
• Sluit de stopkraan van de inlaatcombi-
natie (fig.2.1).
Zodra de waterdruk weer aanwezig is:
Open de stopkraan van de inlaatcombinatie.
• Open een koudwaterkraan dichtbij de
hoofdkraan.
Sluit deze kraan zodra het water helder blijft.
3.5 Water- en energiebesparing
Door verstandig met (warm-)water om te
gaan, spaart u het milieu en verlaagt u uw
water- en energierekening.
Fig. 3 Temperatuurknop
Indien gewenst kan de instelling van de
temperatuurknop door middel van een
kinderslot worden geblokkeerd.
Verwijder de temperatuurknop en de blok-
keerplaat van de thermostaatas (fig. 1).
Plaats de blokkeerplaat zodanig tegen de
achterkant van de temperatuurknop dat
de lippen op de blokkeerplaat in de
sleuven van de temperatuurknop vallen.
Plaats de temperatuurknop op de thermo-
staatas, maar wacht met aandrukken.
Kies de gewenste temperatuurstand.
Druk de temperatuurknop aan tot de
aanslag.
Controleer of de temperatuurknop is
vergrendeld.
3.1 Operation
The temperature switch can be adjusted
to continuously variable.
- Minimum:
Frostproof position. The water temperature
is set at approx. 10° C.
-E:
Energy saving position. The water
temperature is set at approx. 55° C. This
is a common temperature for washing-
up water. In addition, this position creates
less calcification in the waterheater.
- Maximum:
Maximum position. The water temperature is
set at the maximum temperature (approx. 76° C).
3 Operation and use
3.2 Putting into operation and
terminating the system
The waterheater is connected to the electricity
grid by means of a wall socket.
Connect the power plug to the wall socket to
put the waterheater into operation.
Disconnect the power plug from the wall
socket to put the waterheater out of
operation.
3.3 Checking the operation
Systeem under pressure
The waterheater heats up the water if the
indicator is on and the expansion water
trickles from the relief valve.
Unpressurised system
The waterheater heats up the water if the
indication light is on and the expansion water
trickles from the outlet pipe.
3.4 Activities regarding water main
If the water pressure should be cut off,
for example due to activities regarding the
main, you should do the following:
Close the stop cock of the inlet combination.
As soon as the water pressure is back:
Open the stop cock of the inlet combination.
Open a cold-water tap near the main cock.
Close this tap as soon as the water remains
clear.
3.5 Water and energy saving
By using (hot) water with care, you protect the
environment and decrease your water and
energy bill.
Figure 3 Temperature switch
If required, the setting of the temperature
switch can be blocked by means of a
childproof lock.
Remove the temperature switch and the
locking plate of the thermostat axle (Figure 1).
Place the locking plate against the back-hand
side of the temperature switch in such a way
that the lips of the blocking plate fit the
corresponding recesses of the temperature
switch.
Place the temperature switch on to the
thermostat axle, but do not press yet.
Choose the temperature position required.
Press the temperature switch until the stop
Check whether the temperatureswitch
is now locked.
