DE OVENMODUS GEBRUIKEN (VERVOLG)
ProRoasting-stand
Deze modus bevat een automatische verwarmcyclus boven 200 °C.
Het vlees wordt dichtgeschroeid tijdens de werking van het bovenste verwarmingselement
en de convectieventilator. Hierna wordt het voedsel langzaam gegaard bij de lage, vooraf
ingestelde temperatuur.
Tijdens dit proces werken de bovenste en onderste verwarmingselementen.
Deze modus is geschikt voor vlees, gevogelte en vis.
Het ovenrooster en de bakplaat worden
doorgaans op niveau 2 en 1 geplaatst.
* Temperatuurstand: 40 - 150 °C
* Zorg ervoor dat de glazen schalen die u gebruikt bestand zijn tegen temperaturen
van 40 - 250 °C.
