Les réglages dépendant de la quantité et de la composition du contenu
de la casserole, le tableau ci-dessus est uniquement indicatif.
Utilisez le réglage 9 pour :
amener rapidement les aliments ou le liquide à ébullition ;
« blanchir » les légumes ;
chauffer l'huile et la graisse ;
mettre une cocotte minute sous pression.
Utilisez le réglage 8 pour :
saisir les viandes ;
frire les poissons plats ;
frire les omelettes ;
frire des pommes de terre cuite à l'eau ;
frire les aliments en bain d'huile.
Utilisez le réglage 7 pour :
frire les crêpes épaisses ;
frire des tranches épaisses de viande panée ;
frire du bacon (tranches) ;
frire des pommes de terre crues ;
frire du pain ;
frire du poisson panné.
Utilisez les réglages 6 et 5 pour :
terminer la cuisson de grandes quantités d'aliments ;
décongeler des légumes fermes ;
frire des tranches fines de viande.
Utilisez les réglages 1 à 4 pour :
faire frémir du bouillon ;
faite mijoter des viandes ;
faire frémir des légumes ;
faire fonde du chocolat ;
faire fondre du fromage.
