Fonction mijotage*
La température de cuisson du plat est maintenue proche du point
d’ébullition (90 °C - 95 °C). La fonction mijotage donne les meilleurs
résultats en couvrant le récipient. Remuez les plats de composition
épaisse toutes les 15 minutes. Le temps de mijotage maximum est 8
heures, un temps plus court peut être réglé avec le minuteur.

ou si la composition est épaisse. La durée maximale de maintien au chaud est
de 8 heures, sauf si une durée plus courte a été réglée avec un minuteur.
