Utilisation du four (suite)
3. Convection
Cette fonction est utile pour la cuisson d’aliments sur trois niveaux ; elle convient également
pour le rôtissage. La cuisson s’effectue au moyen de l’élément chauffant situé sur la paroi
arrière et la chaleur est distribuée par le ventilateur. Nous vous recommandons de préchauffer
le four en mode Convection.
