Réglage Air chaud + Résistance supérieure
La combinaison de l’air chaud et d’un chauffage de la résistance supérieure est idéale pour
gratiner et dorer. Ce réglage se prête particulièrement à la cuisson des viandes.
Placez la viande sur la grille insérée au niveau 3
et utilisez la lèchefrite, insérée au niveau 2, pour
recueillir les graisses.
* Réglage des températures : 40 - 250 °C
*Veuillez vérifi er que les plats en verre supportent une température de cuisson comprise entre
40 et 250 °C.
Guide de cuisson
Utilisez les températures et les durées spécifi ées dans ce tableau à titre de référence.
Nous vous recommandons de préchauffer le four en utilisant le mode Air chaud + Résistance
supérieure.
Placez la viande sur la grille et insérez-la au niveau recommandé dans le tableau, puis insérez
la lèchefrite au niveau 2.
