Problemen met beeld oplossen
Geen beeld of geluid.
Oorzaken Oplossingen
Je tv‑ontvanger is niet aange‑
sloten op het elektriciteitsnet.
Controleer of de stroomadapter correct op je tv‑ontvanger is aangesloten en/of de
stekker in het stopcontact zit.
Je televisie staat uit. Zet je televisie aan en stel je televisie indien nodig in op het kanaal AV/EXT of HDMI.
De SCART‑ of HDMI‑kabel is niet
(goed) op je televisie aangesloten.
Controleer of de kabel(s) correct is/zijn aangesloten. Wanneer de HDMI‑kabel juist is
aangesloten, herstart je de tv‑ontvanger met de [Power]‑knop achterop je tv‑ontvanger.
Het geluid is uitgeschakeld.
Druk op
om het geluid weer in te schakelen.
Je hebt niet het juiste input kanaal
op je televisie geselecteerd.
Controleer of je wel beeld krijgt als je met de afstandsbediening van je televisie een
ander AV‑kanaal selecteert.
Je hebt blokkerig of wazig beeld.
Oorzaken Oplossingen
SCART‑poort is verkeerd ingesteld. Controleer of je televisie is in gesteld op de ontvangst van een digitaal signaal (Digital,
STB of soortgelijk). Schakel deze indien nodig in. Kijk in de handleiding van je televisie.
Je tv‑ontvanger is ingesteld op
HD, maar aangesloten via een
SCART‑kabel
Sluit een HDMI‑kabel correct aan en stel je televisie af op het HDMI‑signaal. Als je geen
HDMI‑aansluitpunt hebt, stel dan je tv‑ontvanger altijd in op ‘SCART’ in plaats van
‘HDMI’ (zie Stap 4.4).
Je bekabeling voldoet niet aan
de eisen.
Volg de volgende twee richtlijnen:
1) De afstand tussen je telefoonhoofdaansluiting en je Experia Box mag maximaal
1,5 meter zijn.
2) Gebruik voor de verbinding tussen Experia Box en tv‑ontvanger alleen
Cat5 ethernetkabels.
De verbinding tussen de Draadloze
Verbindingsadapters werkt niet.
Zie hiervoor de handleiding van de Draadloze Verbindingsset van KPN.
De digitale ruisonderdrukking
(DNR of soortgelijk) van je televi‑
sie staat aan.
Zet de ruisonderdrukking van je televisie uit. Raadpleeg hiervoor indien nodig de
handleiding van je televisie.
