and the cover using water and common dish detergent.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before making your ice cream
- Adequately freeze the freezing bowls (G) before each use; the bowl has a double insulated con-
tainer that needs to be totally frozen (approx. 12 hours) for optimal results. It is recommended to
put the bowl in the rear part of the freezer, where the temperature is at lowest (the freezer used
must reach a temperature of - 18°C at least). Preferably, put the bowl closed, inside a plastic bag
to prevent it from absorbing odours and from coming in contact with ice, in a perfectly upright
position with the opening facing up. It is recommended to keep the bowl in the freezer when not
in use so that it is ready at any time.
- Prepare the ingredients for your recipe in a sufficiently large container so that they can be mixed
thoroughly and smoothly. “Hot” recipes need to be left to cool to room temperature. All recipes, “hot
or “cold”, need to be chilled in the fridge for 3-4 hours before they are put in the ice cream maker.
Making ice cream
- Remove the freezingbowls (G) from the freezer and insert them into the base (H), using them
immediately after having removed them from the fridge as they will quickly start to defrost (Fig. 2).
Make sure the bowls perfectly fit in the hexagonal inserts on the base (H).
Note: The appliance may also be used with one only bowl (G) according to the ice cream amount
to prepare.
- Put the each mixer (F) into a bowl (G), making sure the ring is facing up (Fig. 3).
- Fit the transparent support (E) over the bowls (G) so that the mixers (F) properly fit inside the
relevant central holes on the support (E).
Lock the support by rotating the two levers (I) on the base (H) in horizontal position (Fig. 4).
- Insert the motor cover (B) on the support (E), by pressing it slightly downwards until it locks in
place (Fig. 5).
- Insert the funnels (D) into the apposite housings on the support (E) (Fig. 6).
- Plug the appliance in and start the appliance by pressing the apposite switch (A).
- Pour the prepared mix immediately through the funnels (D). The bowl may be filled up to 4 cm
from the edge, as the mix will increase its volume during the freezing process.
