Carne (Beef Jerky)
1. Tagliare la carne in fee di 2cm di spessore ca.
2. Immergere la carne nella marinata e conservare in frigo per ca.
20 ore.
3. Tamponare con carta da cucina la carne per togliere la marinata
residua.
4. Distribuire le fee di carne in modo uniforme sui ripiani dell'es-
siccatore automaco.
5. Impostare l'essiccatore alla temperatura di esercizio di ca. 65°C
e con un tempo di circa 7 ore.
6. Durante il processo, ruotare le fee ci carne, se necessario.
Nota: Ricordarsi che i valori riporta sono solo orientavi.
8. Pulizia e cura
1. Prima della pulizia staccare l'essiccatore dalla presa.
2. Al termine dell’essiccatura degli alimen lavare l’apparecchio
con acqua calda e un panno morbido.
3. Pulire l'apparecchio se necessario con detergen e asciugarlo.
Non ulizzare sostanze abrasive, spazzole di metallo o solven
organici. Non ulizzare il geo di acqua per pulire l’apparecchio
e non immergere l’alloggiamento in acqua o in altri liquidi.
4. Per pulire la sporcizia dalla base dell’essiccatore usare un panno
morbido.
5. Conservare l'apparecchio in un luogo fresco e ben aerato.
