Houtskool is in ongeveer 15-20 minuten klaar.5.Sluit het deksel en stel de luchttoevoer af om de gewenste temperatuur te behalen.Hoeverder de rooster openstaan hoe heter de BBQ wordt.6.Verwarm 15 minuten voor het koken voor. Kook niet voordat de brandstof een aslaagheeft.Een houtskoolstarter is een handig alternatief om de kolen mee aan te steken.VOORZORGSMAATREGELENGebruik geen aanmaakvloeistoffen om explosie gevaar te voorkomen!DE TEMPERATUUR CONTROLEREN1. Zorg ervoor dat de onderste ventilatieopening volledig geopend is met de brandende houtskool en de kap gesloten.2.Open het bovenste ventilatierooster volledig en bewaak de temperatuur totdat deze de gewenste temperatuur bereikt.3.Sluit het ventilatierooster halverwege, wacht 5 minuten en controleer de temperatuur.4.Regel de temperatuur door het bovenste ventilatierooster meer te sluiten (lagere temperatuur) of meer te openen (hogere temperatuur)5.Houd tijdens het koken de temperatuur in de gaten en als u merkt dat de temperatuur buiten het door u gewenste bereik is gekomen, pas dan de ventilatieopening van het rooster in zeer kleine stappen aan en wacht 1-2 minuten.Lower Vent
