First take the electric Motor and assemble it to the wheel you want to use.

Depending on the wheel the size, the spokes may vary. You can find the

calculation basics for pitch circle diameter and distance of the hub flanges

indicated within the Technical Data).

We recommend that you double cross the spokes. When the motor is

assembled to the wheel, it is centred with the tube and tire fixed. The wheel

can then be placed into the fork. Be sure to adhere to the recommended

tightening torque for the hub axle nuts. When using disc brakes the disc

first has to be assembled to the motor before placing it into the fork. Con-

nect the motor connecting cable to the motor.

Fix the display to the handle bar at a suitable position and change the stan-

dard brake levers with the brake levers included with motor-off switch.

Install the Pedelec sensor to the pedal crank. Depending on your equip-

ment, the normal magnet disc or the universal magnet disc has to be used.

When installing the sensor observe that the magnets of the magnet disc

have to point to the direction of the sensor! Otherwise pedal support will

not work!

Assemble the accumulator connection and the controller box to the carrier

and afterwards the carrier to the bicycle. Lead the motor cable, the display

cable, the brake lever cables, the Pedelec sensor cable and the accumula-

tor connection cable to the controller box. Secure the cables so that they

will not affect the steering or other moving parts. Now connect all cables

according to the connection plan with the controlling unit. Put the control-

ling and the rest of the cables into the controller box. Then put the cables

into the provided holes and lock the box. Finally, put the accumulator/bat-

tery pack into the connection socket.

4. HANDLING

First, turn on the main switch on the accumulator/battery pack (A red light

next to the switch indicates it is working properly).

Next, push the 6km/h button on the display. A motor support up to 6km/h

will start without pedalling. As long as the 6km/h button is pressed the

motor support will continue. As soon as the button is released the motor
