Power is plugged into a USB port. The red indicator light comes on. Pressing and holding the power button does not make any changes. No blinking light. No blue light. Only the red light, and it is on steadily. Submitted on 11-3-2022 at 16:00

When I turn off my Soundcore Life Q20 headphones, then later turn them back on, they echo sound from my Apple M1-based MacBook Air when they re-connect. Apple says it's a problem with the Bluetooth in the headset, not their OS? (I can manually reset the MacBook's Bluetooth, and re-connect to the SoundCore, and it works okay. But, until I reset the Mac's Bluetooth, the echoing from the earphones makes them unusable.)

When I lay on the earphones, after several minutes the earphones make a vibrating sound that gets louder and louder. When I lift my head off the pillow, the vibrating stops. Anyone have the same problem? Submitted on 30-8-2021 at 11:07

• This actually happens to my pair if I just push on the left earphone. It begins immediately and gets faster and harder the harder I push it onto my ear. I'll be attempting to get a new pair to see if it is just this particular set. Answered on 10-11-2021 at 15:43
