Crema di patate
Ingredienti:
400 gr. di patate, pelate e tagliate a
cubetti
di sedano rapa, a cubetti
100 gr. Carote, a cubetti
di porro, tagliato a fettine
400 ml di brodo di verdura
2 cucchiai di panna acida o créme fraîche
1 cipolla piccola, tagliata in piccoli cubetti
Sale, pepe
½ mazzetto di prezzemolo
1 cucchiaino di maggiorana
Preparazione:
Tagliare in piccoli cubetti o a fettine le patate, il sedano rapa, le carote, la cipolla e il
porro e inserire il tutto nella brocca di vetro.
Aggiungere 200 ml di brodo e cuocere per 30 minuti con la funzione “High”. Al termi-
ne della cottura aggiungere i restanti 200 ml di brodo, la panna acida/créme fraîche e
la maggiorana e frullare al livello 3 fino alla consistenza desiderata.
Al termine insaporire con sale e pepe e mescolare con la funzione stir. Guarnire con il
prezzemolo prima di servire.
