Composta di mele
Ingredienti:
6 mele, Boskop o Elster
1 limone o ½ Lime, solo il succo
60 gr. di zucchero
1 Zucchero vanigliato, bustina
60 ml di acqua
1 Cannella, pizzico
Preparazione:
Inserire le mele (tagliate a fettine), il succo di limone o Lime, lo zucchero, lo zucchero
vanigliato e l’acqua nella brocca di vetro. Cuocere per 12 minuti con la funzione “High”.
Quindi frullare finemente al livello 3.
Pesto di noci e pinoli
Ingredienti:
50 gr. di pinoli tostati
150 gr. di noci tostate
200 ml di olio di noci
1 Spicchio d’aglio, pelato e tritato
1 Foglie di basilico, una manciata
50 gr, di formaggio stagionato,
grattugiato
1 Limone, succo e buccia
Sale marino, pepe nero
Preparazione:
Tostare brevemente in padella le noci e i pinoli e quindi inserire tutti gli ingredienti in
sequenza nella brocca di vetro. Frullare al livello 4 per circa 30 secondi fino a ottenere
una crema.
Il pesto di noci si conserva in frigorifero per 3 - 4 giorni in un contenitore chiuso
ermeticamente.
