Potage de pommes de terre à la crème
Ingrédients:
400 g de pommes de terre épluchées et
coupées en dés
de céleri coupé en dés
100 g de carottes, coupées en dés
de poireau coupé en anneaux
400 ml de bouillon de légumes
2 cs de crème fraîche ou acidulée
1 petit oignon coupé en petits dés
Sel, poivre
½ botte de persil lisse
1 cc de marjolaine
Préparation:
Découper les pommes de terre, le céleri, les carottes, l’oignon et le poireau en petits
dés ou anneaux et ajouter les légumes dans le récipient de verre.
Ajouter 200 ml de bouillon et faire cuire pendant 30 minutes avec la fonction High.
Après la cuisson, ajouter le reste du bouillon (200 ml), la crème fraîche ou acidulée et
la marjolaine et mettre en purée au niveau 3 selon souhait.
Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre et remuer avec la fonction Stir, garnir de persil
directement avant de servir.
