Purée de pommes
Ingrédients:
6 pommes, Boscop ou Elstar
1 citron ou ½ citron vert, jus uniquement
60 g de sucre
1 Sucre vanillé, un paquet
60 ml d’eau
1 prise de cannelle
Préparation:
Ajouter les pommes (coupées en tranches), le jus de citron ou citron vert, le sucre, le
sucre vanillé et l’eau dans le récipient de verre. Laisser cuire pendant 12 minutes avec
la fonction High. Réduire en purée fine au niveau 3.
Peste aux noix-pignons de pin
Ingrédients:
50g de pignons de pin grillés
150g de noix grillées
200ml d’huile de noix
1 gousse d’ail épluchée et hachée
1 Poignée de feuilles de basilic
50g de fromage sur
1 Citron, jus et zeste
Sel de mer, poivre noir
Préparation:
Faire rôtir les noix et pignons de pin brièvement dans un poêle, ajouter tous les ingré-
dients successivement dans le récipient de verre. Mixer pendant 30 secondes environ
au niveau 4 pour obtenir une pâte crémeuse.
Le pesto de noix peut être conservé au frigo dans un récipient étanche pendant 3-4
jours.
