Setting The AUX Name
You can change the AUX NAME display in the SETUP mode.
1. Turn the Rotary encoder to select either Auxiliar y (Initial setting),TV, DVD, Portable or Game, and
press
/ENTER.
2. Press and hold AUDIO/SETUP for at least 2 seconds to return to nor mal mode.
Play Mode
This unit can play back CDs containing both CD and MP3/WMA/AAC data (created in Enhanced CD
(CD Extra) format). However, in some situations, playback of an enhanced CD may be difficult. In
this case, you can select playback of a single session only, containing the CD data. When a disc
contains both CD and MP3/WMA/AAC data, playback starts from the CD data portion of the disc.
NOTE:
Perform this setting before inser ting a disc. If a disc has already been inserted, remove it first.
1. Turn the Rotary encoder to select either CD-DA or CDDA&MP3/WMA (Initial setting), and press
/ENTER.
2. Press and hold AUDIO/SETUP for at least 2 seconds to return to nor mal mode.
Display Setting
The following settings can be adjusted in Display Settings:
• Illumination
• Dimmer
• Dimmer Le vel
• Scroll Type
• Text Scroll
• Opening MSG
Access the settings using the following procedure:
1. Press and hold AUDIO/SETUP for at least 2 seconds to activate the SETUP mode.
2. Turn the Rotary encoder to select Display, and press
/ENTER.
3. Turn the Rotary encoder to select Illumination, and press
/ENTER.
Illumination
You can change the lighting color of the unit’s buttons.
1. Turn the Rotary encoder to select either TYPE1,TYPE2,TYPE3 or TYPE4 (Initial setting), and press
/ENTER.
2. Press and hold AUDIO/SETUP for at least 2 seconds to return to nor mal mode.
