Open the machine

5 loosen the handscrewn (2a).

6 fold back the feeder tube (2b).

7 Place the lower half on the side ans dispose

of the packaging.

8 Position the washers 8,4 x 24 (DIN 9021) and

legs on the housing and insert screws M8 x

35 (3).

9 Attach the legs using the nuts M8 and was-

hers 8,4 x 16 (DIN 125) supplied. (Assembly

the same on left and right side) (4)

ADVICE

For easier assembly of the wheel axle,

do not fully tighten the nuts simply hold

the legs in position the screws.

Assemble wheel axle and wheels

You will need:

1 axle

2 screws M8 x 40

2 washer 8,4 - DIN 125

2 nuts M8

2 wheels with ball bearings

2 extension screws (= wheel axles)

2 nuts M10

2 adjusting washer 15 x 21 x 0,5

2 retainig washer 10,5

1 Using the 2 screws, 2 washers 8,4 and nuts,

screw the axle onto the legs. (5)

2 Ten tighteen the 6 nuts on the legs.

3 Position the lower part of the shredder on the

legs.

4 Place the upper part of the shredder on the

top of the lower part. (6)

5 Allow the upper part to engage int the central

retainer.

6 Push the rod through the holes in the upper

and lower parts of the shredder.

7 Screw the nut back onto the rod. (7)

8 Tighten the handscrew. (2a)

9 The wheels (with ball bearings fitted) are se-

cured to the axle using the extention screw,

adjusting washer 15 x 21 x 0,5, retainig was-

her 10,5 and nut. (8)

10 Fit the wheel covers onto the wheels.

1 box spanner SW 10

1 open-endde spanner SW 10/8

1 Torx-bitT30

Assembly of feeder funnel

Tools:

1 Screwdriver

4 Bolts M6 x 25

4 Washer A6,4 DIN 9021

1 Fit the projective rubber guard on top of the

tube. (9b)

2 Position the funnel on top of the tube. (9c)

3 Secure the funnel to the tube using the 4

screws and washers. (9d)

4 retaining washer 6,4

1 screw M6 x 25

3 screw M6 x 16

1 Position the tube on top of the shredder. (9a)

2 Secure the tube on top of the shredder.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION!

Do not spray with water

Removing feeder funnel

1 Switch off shredder

2 Wait until cutter has com to a complete stop.

3 Disconnect mains plug.

4 Loosen screw and pull out (2a)

CAUTION!

For replacement of this screw only origi-

nal part!

Safety disconnection switch

The safety disconnection switch i acted by pulling

the screw out.

The motor can not be started with the normal ro-

cker switch.

Aftre replacing the feeder funnel with the original

screw, the motor can be re-started with the rocker

switch.
