4. MAINTENANCE
¾ Read section “Safety warnings” before maintaining the tool.
¾ Make sure all screws are kept tight, otherwise unsafe operation and parts
breakage might occur. (11)
¾ Do not use tool if safety element or trigger sticks or binds. Make daily
inspection with tool disconnected. (15)
¾ Lubricate tool when it is necessary. Daily oil will not do any good to the tool.

¾ Wipe tool clean daily and inspect for wear. Use nonflammable cleaning
solutions only if necessary. Do not soak the stapler, because this will result in
damage of the O-ring and other parts. (23)
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Read section “Safety warnings” before maintaining the tool.
Problem Solution
Air leak near top of tool. Tighten screws or install head valve piston set.
Tool does nothing. Verify the air supply or install head valve piston
set.
Sluggisch operation. Install head valve piston set.
Air leak near bottom of tool. Tighten screws or install bumper or piston set.
Poor return. Clean tool and install bumper or piston set.
Weak drive. Verify adequate air supply or install piston set.
Broken or worn driver.
Install piston set.
Poor feed. Clean tool or lubricate magazine or install
spring.
Tool jamming. Clean tool or lubricate magazine or install
spring.
Other problems. Contact authorized dealer or distributor.
Warning: repairs other than those described here should be performed only by
trained, qualified personnel.
