Mangojoghurteis
Zutaten:
2 große Mangos
1 Passionsfrucht
15 ml frischen Orangensaft
0,5 EL Zitronensaft,
geriebene Schale von einer halben Zitrone
0,5 EL Zucker
2 1/2 dl Joghurt
frisches Basilikum
Zubereitung:
1 Mango schälen und in Stücke schneiden. Pürieren Sie die
Mango zusammen mit dem Inneren der Passionsfrüchte, dem
Orangen- und Zitronensaft, der geriebenen Zitronenschale,
dem Zucker und dem Joghurt.
Verarbeiten Sie die Mischung in der Eismaschine zu Eis.
Pürieren Sie die Hälfte der anderen Mango und schneiden Sie
den Rest in Scheiben. Stellen Sie das Eis nach der Zubereitung
in der Eismaschine ungefähr eine halbe Stunde in den
Gefrierschrank.
Garnieren Sie das Eis mit einem Löffel Mangopüree,
Mangoscheibchen und einem Blättchen Basilikum.
Joghurteis mit Waldfrüchten
Zutaten:
150 ml Magerjoghurt
100 ml Sahne
50 gr Kristallzucker
50 ml Waldfruchtsauce
Saft einer halben Zitrone
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten gut mischen und in der Eismaschine
in circa 35 Minuten drehen lassen, bis die Masse eine gute
Sahneeiskonsistenz erreicht. Stellen Sie das Eis nach der
Zubereitung in der Eismaschine ungefähr eine halbe Stunde in
den Gefrierschrank.
