Stellen Sie das Eis nach der Zubereitung in der Eismaschine
ungefähr eine halbe Stunde in den Gefrierschrank.
Vor der Zubereitung dekorieren mit Erdbeerstückchen.
Birnenjoghurteis mit Mokkasauce
Zutaten:
1 TL Zitronensaft
200 gr Handbirnen, gereinigt und gewürfelt
40 gr Zucker
50 ml Sahne
90 ml Joghurt
Für die Garnierung:
1 TL Mandelplättchen
2 TL Mokka-Caramel Dessertsauce
Zubereitung:
Die Birne mit dem Zitronensaft ungefähr 15 Minuten kochen.
Darin den Zucker auflösen. Das Mus mit etwas Maizena
(Speisestärke) oder Allesbinder binden. Das Ganze muss die
Substanz von Apfelmus bekommen.
Die Dicke des Muses nach dem Kochen hängt nämlich von der
Reife der Birnen ab. Lassen Sie das Ganze anschließend
abkühlen.
Rühren Sie den Joghurt in das Mus ein. Schlagen Sie die Sahne
steif und ziehen Sie diese unter das Mus. Gießen Sie das
Ganze anschließend in die Eismaschine und lassen Sie diese
35-40 Minuten laufen. Stellen Sie das Eis nach der Zubereitung
in der Eismaschine ungefähr eine halbe Stunde in den
Gefrierschrank.
Servieren:
Eis mit einem Eisportionierer auf 4 kleine Teller verteilen.
Die Mokkasauce darüber schenken und die Mandelplättchen
darüber streuen.
