Gebraden lamsfilet
900 - 1250 g lam 1. Kruid het lam en wikkel het in folie.
2. Leg het vlees op een rooster (indien mogelijk) in een klein, ondiep
braadblik.
Aardappelgratin
450 g aardappelen, in dunne plakjes gesneden 1. Vet een ondiepe ovalen of rechthoekige ovenschaal in.
1-2 teentjes knoflook, geperst 2. Maak lagen van aardappelen, kruiden en knoflook in de schaal,
125 ml room en eindig met aardappelen bovenop.
zout en vers gemalen zwarte peper 3. Schenk de room erover en dek goed af met folie.

6-8 sneetjes bruinbrood 1. Vet een ondiepe ovalen of rechthoekige ovenschaal in.
Ongeveer 50 g gesmolten boter 2. Snij de korstjes van het brood en snij in rechthoeken/driehoeken.
Eventueel de geraspte schil van een 3. Dep voldoende stukken brood aan één kant in de boter zodat u
sinaasappel de bodem van de schaal geheel kunt bedekken, met de beboterde
25 g gedroogde kokos kant boven.
50-100 g gedroogde vruchten 4. Strooi de helft van de gedroogde vruchten, kokos, suiker en
50 g bruine basterdsuiker sinaasappelschil erover.
450 ml melk 5. Bedek met een tweede laag in de boter gedept brood en strooi dan
2 eieren het restant van de schil, vruchten, kokos en suiker erover.
6. Klop de eieren en melk samen en schenk over het brood. Laat een
half uur staan voordat u gaat bakken. Het gerecht moet onbedekt
de oven in.
