Az ideális testsúly ideális értékei (kg/lb (font))
Figyelem: A testzsírarány jelentős ingadozásai miatt nehéz irányértéket megállapítani.
Felnőtt emberek esetében általában 18 és 20 óra között van az optimális mérési idő, mert
ebben az időszakban a zsírarány nagyon egyenletes!
Használatba vétel
Tisztán súlymérő funkció
Állítsa a személymérleget kemény, lapos aljzatra (a szőnyegpadló kerülendő!). Az egyenet-
len aljzat pontatlanságot eredményez a mérésben.
1. Az elemtartóban található kapcsoló segítségével állíthat a „lb" und „kg" beállításokon.
2. A lábával, ill. lábujjhegyével enyhén megnyomva az üvegfelületet, kapcsolja be a
mérleget!
Figyelem: A display-n „88888" látható.
3. A display-n (5) néhány másodperc elteltével „0.0" kg (0,0 lb) lesz látható. Mindkét
lábával álljon rá a készülék érintkezőfelületeire (4)! Úgy álljon, hogy a súlyeloszlás egyen-
letes legyen, és várjon, amíg a készülék ki nem számítja a testsúlyát!
4. A kijelző először kétszer felvillan, majd megjelenik az Ön pontos testsúlya. A mérlegről
való lelépés után a mérleg kb. 10 másodperc múlva automatikusan kikapcsol, vagy Ön
is kikapcsolhatja, ha lenyomja a bekapcsoló gombot .
A személyi adatok beprogramozása
Figyelem: A következő lépéseket egymást követően és néhány másodpercen belül végez-
ze el, különben a készülék automatikusan megszakítja a programozó módozatot!
