Champignoner med rosmarin
1. Fjern stilkene fra champignoner. Hak stilkene i
små stykker.
2. Smør et lavt fad. Tilsæt løg, bacon i tern og
champignonstilke Tilsæt peber og rosmarin,
dæk til, og tilbered.
3-5 min. 900 W
Lad køle af.
3. Opvarm fløden og 100 ml vin i skålen.
1-3 min. 900 W
4. Bland resterende vin med mel, rør i den varme
væske, dæk til, og tilbered. Rør en gang under
tilberedning.
ca. 1 min. 900 W
5. Fyld champignonerne med baconblandingen,
og læg i lavt fad. Hæld saucen over
champignonerne, og tilbered på
risten i nederste rille.
6-8 min. Kombinationsgrill (630 W)
Lad det hvile i ca. 2 min. efter tilberedning.

Flad, rund skål med låg
(diam. ca. 22 cm)
8 store champignoner (ca. 225 g), hele
20 g sr eller margarine
50 g løg, finthakket
50 g bacon, skåret i fine tern
sort peber, stødt
frisk rosmarin, hakket
125 ml tør hvidvin
125 ml fløde
20 g mel
Løgsuppe
1. Smør skålen, tilt løg i skiver, kødbouillon og
krydderier.k til, og tilbered.
9-11 min. 900 W
2. Rist brødskiverne, skær dem i tern, og fordel
dem i suppeslene. Hæld suppen over de
ristede brødtern, og drys med osten.
3. t slen drejeskiven, og grill.
6-7 min. Grill

10 g sr eller margarine
100 g g, skåret i skiver
800 ml kødbouillon
salt, peber
2 skiver brød
