1. Enfiler en alternance la viande et les légumes
sur quatre brochettes en bois.
2. Mélanger lhuile et les épices et en badigeonner
les brochettes.
3. Poser les brochettes sur la grille du haut et cuire
sur CUISSON AUTOMATIQUE, “Brochettes De

1. Mettez les légumes, le beurre et les épices dans une
terrine (2 litres) et bien mélanger. Faites cuire

3. Mélangez la crème fraîche aux légumes et
assaisonnez à nouveau.
4. Placez le moitié des légumes dans un plat à gratin.

recouvrez du reste des légumes.
5. Etalez le Gouda sur la surface, posez sur le plateau
tournant et faites cuire sur CUISSON
