PROBLEMA CAUSA SOLUCIÓN
El motor se ralentiza durante el
funcionamiento.
La cantidad de masa puede superar la capacidad
máxima.
Quite la mitad y procese en dos series.
La masa puede estar demasiado húmeda, se pega al
lado del cuenco.
Añada más harina, cucharada a cucharada,
hasta que el motor acelere. Procese la masa
hasta que los costados del cuenco estén
limpios.
El motor no funciona. El aparato no está conectado a la red eléctrica. Asegúrese de enchufar el aparato antes de
usarlo.
El aparato vibra o se mueve
durante el funcionamiento.
Las patas de goma están mojadas. Asegúrese de que las patas de goma y la parte
inferior de la unidad estén limpias y secas.
Es normal con cargas pesadas (como masas densas
y queso).
Quite la mitad y procese en dos series.
El accesorio araña el cuenco
de acero inoxidable durante el
