Søtungefileter
1. Skyl søtungefileterne, og dup dem tørre.
Fjern eventuelle ben.
2. Skær citronen og tomaterne i tynde skiver.
3. Smør det ildfaste fad med smør. Anbring
fiskefileterne heri, og stænk dem med
vegetabilsk olie.
4. Drys persille over fisken, kom tomatskiverne
ovenpå, og krydr med salt og peber. Læg
citronskiverne ovenpå tomaterne, og hæld
hvidvin over.
5. Anbring små smørklatter ovenpå citronen,
læg låg på, og start mikrobølgeovnen.
11-13 min. 630 W
Lad fileterne hvile i ca. 2 minutter efter endt
tilberedning.

400 g søtungefileter
1 hel citron
150 g tomater
10 g smør
1 spsk. vegetabilsk olie
1 spsk. hakket persille
salt og peber
4 spsk. hvidvin
20 g smør eller margarine
Fiskfilet med ostesauce
1. Vask fisken, dup den tør, og hæld citronsaft
henover. Gnid med salt.
2. Smør skålen. Tilt hakket løg, dæk til, og
tilbered.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Drys mel over løgene og hvidvin, og rør
sammen.
4. Smør gratinfadet, og kom fisken i det.
Hæld saucen over fisken, og drys med ost. Sæt
det på den lave rist, og start mikrobølgeovnen.
7-8 min. 450 W
14-16 min. Kombinationsgrill (450 W)
Lad det hvile i ca. 2 min. efter tilberedning.

2 spsk. citronsaft
salt
10 g smør eller margarine
50 g løg, finthakket
20 g mel
100 ml hvidvin
1 tsp vegetabilsk olie til at smøre fadet
100 g revet emmentalerost
2 spsk. hakket persille

1. Skyl ørreden, tør den, og dryp med citronsaft.
Drys salt fisken både ind- og udvendigt, og
lad det s i ca. 15 minutter.
2. Smelt srret.
1 min. 900 W
3. Tør fisken, pensl den med smørret, og dyp den
i melet.
4. Smør fadet. Kom ørrederne i fadet, ogt det
i ovnen på den lave rist. Når to tredjedele af
tilberedningstiden eret, skal du vende
ørrederne og drysse dem med mandelflagerne.
15-18 min. Kombinationsgrill (450 W)
Lad det hvile i ca. 2 min. efter tilberedning.
