Fyldte auberginer med hakket kød
1. Skær auberginerne i to på langs. Grav kødet ud
med en ske, så der er ca. en 1 cm. tyk skal
tilbage. Skær kødet i firkanter.
2. Flå tomaterne, og hak dem.
3. Smør bunden af skålen med olivenolie. Tilsæt
løg, dæk til, og tilbered.
2 min. 900 W
4. Skær chilierne i ringe. Sæt en tredjedel til side til
garnering. Bland hakkekød og auberginer i tern,
løg, tomater, chilier i ringe, hvidløg og persille.
Tilsæt krydderier efter smag.
5. Tør auberginehalvdelene. Fyld halvdelen af
hakkekødsblandingen, fordel fetaosten hen over,
og tilføj derefter resten af fyldet.
6. Arranger de halve auberginer i et lavt fad, stil
fadet på risten i nederste rille, og tilbered.

Pynt auberginehalvdelene med chiliringe, og
fortsæt tilberedning.

Lad det hvile i ca. 2 min. efter tilberedning.

Lavt fad (ca. 30 cm lang)
250 g auberginer
200 g tomater
1 spsk. olivenolie til smøring af fadet
100 g g, hakket
4 milde grønne chilier uden frø
200 g hakket oksed
2 fed knust hvidg
2 spsk. hakket persille
salt, peber
paprika
60 g feta i tern
Champignoner med rosmarin
1. Fjern stilkene fra champignoner. Hak stilkene i
små stykker.
2. Smør et lavt fad. Tilsæt løg, bacon i tern og
champignonstilke Tilsæt peber og rosmarin,
dæk til, og tilbered.
3-5 min. 900 W
Lad le af.
3. Opvarm fløden og 100 ml vin i skålen.
1-3 min. 900 W
4. Bland resterende vin med mel, rør i den varme
væske, dæk til, og tilbered. r en gang under
tilberedning.

5. Fyld champignonerne med baconblandingen,
og læg i lavt fad. ld saucen over
champignonerne, og tilbered på
risten i nederste rille.
6-8 min. Kombinationsgrill (630 W)
Lad det hvile i ca. 2 min. efter tilberedning.
