Gevulde ham
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 15-21 minuten
servies: schaal met deksel (2 liter inhoud)
ondiepe ovale gratinschaal met deksel (ca. 26
cm lang)
ingrediënten
125 g verse spinazie, schoongemaakt
125 g kwark, 6% vet
40 g geraspte Emmentaler
peper
milde paprikapoeder
6 plakken gekookte ham (300 g)
125 ml water
125 ml room
2 el bloem (20 g)
2 el boter of margarine (20 g)
1 tl boter of margarine om de schaal in te vetten
Tip: u kunt ook kant-en-klare Béchamelsaus gebruiken
1. Spinazie fijnhakken, vermengen met kwark en kaas en
op smaak brengen.
2. Op elke plak ham een eetlepel vulling leggen en de
ham oprollen. Vastzetten met een cocktailprikker.
3. Water en room in de schaal doen. Afdekken en
verwarmen.
3-4 min. 800 W
Boter en bloem met elkaar vermengen, aan de
vloeistof toevoegen en met een garde kloppen tot het
glad is. Afdekken en dik laten worden..
ca. 1 min. 800 W
Omroeren en proeven.
4. De saus in de ingevette schaal gieten, de hamrolletjes
erop leggen en de schaal op het draaiplateau zetten.

2. 5-7 min. 400 W
Na het bereiden ca. 5 minuten laten staan.

servies: 3 houten spiezen (ca. 20-25 cm lang)
ingrediënten
250-300 g varkensvlees
60 g gerookt spek
1-2 uien (75 g), in vieren
3 tomaten (150 g), in vieren

3 el olie
2 tl zoete paprikapoeder
zout
1 tl cayennepeper
1 tl worcestersauce
1. Vlees en spek in dobbelsteentjes van 2-3 cm snijden.
2. Vlees en groente afwisselend op de spiezen steken.
3. Olie en kruiden met elkaar vermengen en over het
vlees strijken. Spiezen op het hoge rek leggen en
verwarmen.
