150 g camembert
4 tsk tranbärsgelé

1. Rosta brödet och bred på smöret.
2. Skär osten i skivor och lägg den på brödet. Lägg
tranbärsgelén mitt i osten och krydda med
kajennpeppar.
3. Lägg smörgåsen på en tallrik och värm i

1. Lägg grönsakerna och buljongen i skålen, täck över och
tillaga.

2. Blanda alla ingredienser i mixern.
3. Rör samman mjöl och smör till en deg, och rör ut
degen i soppan. Krydda med salt och peppar, täck över
och tillaga. Rör om efter tillagning.
4-6 min. 800 W
4. Blanda äggulorna med grädden och rör ner
blandningen i soppan, lite i taget. Värm upp soppan en
kort stund, men låt den inte koka!
1-2 min. 800 W
Låt soppan stå i cirka fem minuter efter tillagningen.
