Zubereitung:
Die Forellen waschen, trocknen und mit
Zitronensaft beträufeln. In eine Schale le-
gen. 10 Minuten marinieren lassen und
anschließend würzen. Kartoffeln schälen
und vierteln, in eine Schale geben und
salzen. Auf den Rost in das Gerät stellen
und das Programm starten. Den Brokkoli
waschen, in Röschen teilen und in eine
Schale geben. Kokospudding mit Mango
vorbereiten. Milch und Kokosmilch mi-
schen. Eier und Zucker cremig rühren und
zur Kokosmilch geben. Die Mischung in 6
kleine Puddingformen geben.
Zubereitung:
Kartoffeln im Gerät (Einschubebene 1) 25
Minuten garen. Es ertönt ein akustisches
Signal. Die anderen Gerichte ebenfalls auf
den Rosten platzieren (Einschubebenen 1
und 4) und weitere 25 Minuten garen.
Mandeln auf der Kochstelle in Butter
bräunen. Mandeln über den Brokkoli
streuen. Nach dem Kochen den Kokos-
pudding abkühlen lassen. Mango abtrop-
fen lassen, pürieren und den Pudding da-
mit dekorieren.
650 + 400 ml Wasser in die Wasser-
schublade füllen
