La temperatura si regola in modo auto-
matico su 80 °C.
Scaldapiatti
Per riscaldare i vassoi e i piatti.
Distribuire i piatti e i vassoi in modo uni-
forme sulla griglia. Una volta trascorsa
metà del tempo di riscaldamento acca-
tastare in un altro modo (scambiate so-
pra e sotto).
La temperatura automatica è di 70 °C
Posizione del ripiano consigliata: 3.
Lievitazione pasta
Questa funzione automatica può essere
selezionata per qualsiasi ricetta di pasta
lievitata. Offre buone condizioni di lievi-
tazione. Versare l'impasto in un piatto
delle dimensioni sufficienti per la lievita-
zione e coprire con uno strofinaccio umi-
do o pellicola di plastica. Inserire un ri-
piano a filo sul primo livello e sistemarvi
sopra il piatto. Chiudere la porta e impo-
stare la funzione di lievitazione pasta.
Impostare il tempo necessario.
