LAGE TEMP.
LAGE TEMP. is geschikt voor stukken mals, mager vlees en vis om ze sappig te maken.
LAGE TEMP. is niet geschikt voor stoofschotels of vette varkensvleesbraadstukken.
Wanneer de oven de ingestelde temperatuur bereikt, klinkt er een signaal. Daarna wordt
de oven automatisch omgeschakeld naar een lagere temperatuur.
Kook altijd zonder deksel bij LAGE TEMP. .
1. Het braadstuk in de pan heel heet aanbraden.
2. Plaats het vlees in een braadschaal of direct op het rooster. Zet de plaat onder het
rooster om vet op te vangen.
3. Plaats het rooster in de oven. Kiezen LAGE TEMP. LAGE TEMP. . Als het nodig is, stelt u
TWEE in en kookt u tot het gaar is. Zie in de tabel.
