Hello.
I bought a new genuine AEG battery for my old AL9618 and it won't charge up. Only the red light on the charger is illuminating - no other lights light up.
If I carefully wriggle the battery while it is inserted, an orange light on the back of the battery illuminates but the other three orange lights stay off. It will stay this way indefinitely. Has my charger died?
