Solution 1: Shut off the unit. Let the unit sit on a level surface for at least 24 hours and restart.
Possible Cause 2: Damaged compressor
Solution 2: Contact customer service.
Solution: Contact an electrician if the unit works in a different room or circuit.
Problem V: The control panel lights blink randomly.
Possible Cause: Unit may have a faulty control panel.
Solution: Restart the unit, and if issue persists, contact customer service.
Problem VI: Unit has an HH error
Possible Cause: Ambient temperature has exceeded 40.
Solution: Restart the unit, and if issue persists, contact customer service.
Problem VII: Unit has an OC error.
Possible Cause: Thermostat error was detected.
Solution: Restart the unit, and if issue persists, contact customer service.
Problem VIII: Unit has a S.C. error
Possible Cause: A short circuit in thermostat detected.
Solution: Restart the unit, and if issue persists, contact customer service.
Problem IX: Unit has power, but the compressor does not run.
Possible Cause 1: Ambient temperature is too low.
Solution 1: Move the unit to a warmer location.
