43. Kan ik de voicemail van mijn digitale telefonie van ACN checken met de ACN
Companion-app?
Ja. U ontvangt uw voicemails door te bellen naar *62 (vanaf uw
smartphone) of door direct te bellen naar uw telefoonnummer voor
digitale telefonie van ACN.
44. Hoe kom ik erachter of ik een voicemailbericht heb?
Dit is afhankelijk van de smartphone waarop u de app gebruikt. Een
iPhone zal een numerieke indicator tonen van wachtende
voicemailberichten. Op compatibele Android-apparaten wordt geen
indicator getoond voor wachtende voicemailberichten.
45. Kan ik 3-wegsgesprekken (telefoonconferenties) voeren met ACN Companion?
Ja.
46. Wat is de nummerweergave als ik een oproep plaats vanuit de ACN Companion-app?
De nummerweergave toont uw primaire telefoonnummer voor digitale
telefonie van ACN.
Problemen oplossen
ACN raadt aan om de Voorkeuren of Geavanceerde instellingen in de ACN Companion-
app niet te wijzigen. Brengt u toch wijzigingen aan en ontdekt u een probleem, herstel
dan de Voorkeuren of Geavanceerde instellingen naar de fabrieksinstellingen door de
app te de-installeren en opnieuw te installeren.
47. Ik heb problemen met de audio-kwaliteit. Wat kan ik doen om de gesprekskwaliteit te
verbeteren?
Gebruik waar mogelijk een wifiverbinding. Dit type verbinding biedt de
beste kwaliteit. Als er geen wifi beschikbaar is, is een 4G-dataverbinding
de beste optie. Hoewel de app compatibel is met een 3G-netwerk, kunt u
hiermee toch problemen met de audio-kwaliteit ervaren.
