Plassering

Om mulig, plasser detektoren et sted hvor den ikke blir utsatt for direkte sollys. Sollys

reduserer rekkevidden. Vær oppmerksom på at dette er et optisk system. Det må

være fri sikt mellom sender og detektor. Innendørs er det litt enklere fordi IR-lyset

reflekteres av vegger, gulv og tak. Lyse materialer gir en god refleksjon, mens mørke

reflekterer dårlig. Glass slipper gjennom IR lys.

Tilkobling

Tilkoblingen av detektor til mottaker står beskrevet i brukermanualen for mottakeren.

OBS! Tilkoblingsanvisningen refererer til detektorens farger (på kabelen). Vær nøye

med dette når detektor monteres sammen med en mottaker. Feilkobling kan føre til

at det blir feil på elektronikken.

Hvis detektorledningen må forlenges, kan EKKX 1 x 2 x 0,5 brukes. Maks avstand er

100m.

MERK! Ved montering av Gewa Andromeda IR-DET OEM skal detektorens kappe

alltid være fraskilt elektrisk ledende materiale.

MERK! Detektorene som er nevnt i denne manualen kan kun kobles opp imot Gewa

Andromeda IR-mottakere.
