2. Schieben Sie das abnehmbare große Stimulationskissen auf
den Gürtel.
3. Befestigen Sie die Bedieneinheit mit Hilfe der Druckknöpfe
an dem großen Stimulationskissen.
4. Bevor Sie mit der Stimulation beginnen können, müssen Sie das mitgelieferte Gel auf die
schwarzen Silikonelektroden auftragen. Das Gel dient als Kontaktmedium zwischen Haut
und Elektrode. Benutzen Sie vorzugsweise ein Gel auf Wasserbasis als Kontaktmedium.
5. Jetzt ist Ihr „Ab Maxx Pro II“ einsatzbereit.
Vorbereitung zur Benutzung des kleinen Stimulationskissens
1. Für die Stimulation der Muskelgruppen an Arm oder Bein können Sie das kleine Stimula-
tionskissen verwenden.
2. Befestigen Sie einen der beiden Feststellgurte mit dem Klett-
verschluss am kleinen Stimulationskissen.
3. Befestigen Sie die Mikroprozessoreinheit mit Hilfe der
Druckknöpfe am kleinen Stimulationskissen.
4. Bevor Sie mit der Stimulation beginnen können, müssen Sie das mitgelieferte Gel auf die
Silikonelektroden auf der Rückseite des Stimulationskissens auftagen. Das Gel dient als
Kontaktmedium zwischen Haut und Elektrode. Benutzen Sie vorzugsweise ein Gel auf
Wasserbasis als Kontaktmedium.
5. Jetzt ist der „Ab Maxx Pro II“ einsatzbereit.
Muskelstimulation
1. Nachdem Sie alle Vorbereitungen abgeschlossen haben, können Sie den Gürtel anlegen.
2. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Gürtel nicht zu fest sitzt. Sollte der Gürtel für das große
Stimulationskissen im Umfang zu klein für Sie sein, können Sie die elastischen Gürtel für das
kleine Stimulationskissen nutzen, um den Umfang des Gürtels zu vergrößern.
3. Richten Sie die Silikonelektroden so aus, dass Sie die entsprechenden Muskelgruppen
stimulieren, die Sie ansprechen möchten. Wenn Sie die Stimulationskissen während
der Benutzung verschieben, werden Sie bemerken, dass sich die Muskelkontraktionen
verstärken oder verringern. Die optimale Position ist dort, wo Sie die stärksten
Kontraktionen verspüren.
