Mode d’emploi
1. Préparation
Rincer à l’eau froide la coupelle et le tamis.
Placer l’appareil dans un endroit chaud et lumi-
neux. Éviter l’ensoleillement direct.
2. Rinçage
Rincer abondamment les graines dans le tamis
avant l’ensemencement.
3. Semis
Remplir la coupelle avec 1 cm d‘eau. Répartir
les graines en couche fine sur la coupelle à
germer.
4. Trempage
Plonger le tamis 2 à 3 fois dans l’eau fraîche
pour gorger abondamment les semences.
Placer le tamis sur les reliefs. Les semences
doivent maintenant se trouver hors de l’eau!
Laisser 1 cm d’eau dans l’appareil, afin de
conserver une humidité optimale.
5. Récolte
Après 3 à 7 jours, récolter les pousses et les
germes frais et croquants.
6. Nettoyage
Nettoyer soigneusement tous les objets utilisés
(mini-germoir, tamis, récipient à eau, cuillère
...). Utiliser idéalement du vinaigre de fruits et
une brosse douce. L’appareil convient au lave-
vaisselle (dans le panier supérieur, tamis max.
65 °C). Rincer à l’eau claire et laisser sécher
à l‘air libre.

spülen. Das Gerät an einem hellen und war-
men Ort aufstellen. Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung
vermeiden.
2. Spülen
Die Samen vor dem Aussäen in einem Sieb
unter fließendem Wasser gut spülen.
3. Aussaat
Bodenschale 1 cm hoch mit Wasser füllen.
Die Samen in einer dünnen Schicht auf dem
Saaten-Sieb verteilen.
4. Wässern
Das Sieb 2-3 mal in frisches Wasser eintau-
chen, damit die Samen gut gewässert werden.
Das Sieb auf die Noppen stellen. Die Samen
dürfen nun nicht mehr im Wasser liegen! 1 cm
Wasser im Gerät stehen lassen, um einen opti-
malen Feuchtigkeitshaushalt zu gewährleisten.
5. Ernten
Nach 3-7 Tagen knackig frische Sprossen und
Keimlinge ernten.
6. Reinigung
Alle verwendeten Gegenstände (Keimli, Sieb,
Gießwassergefäß, Löffel, ...) müssen sorgfältig
gereinigt werden. Am besten mit Obstessig
und einer weichen Bürste. Das Gerät ist spül-
maschinenfest (im obersten Korb, Sieb max.
65°C). Mit klarem Wasser nachspülen und
trocknen lassen.

Immerse the sieve 2-3 times in the fresh water
to ensure the seeds are well moistened. Stand
the sieve on the nubs.

Erfahrungen können diese Werte dann auch
angepasst werden.
Schleimbildende Samen wie Kresse nach
Beginn der Schleimbildung nur noch mit fri-
schem Wasser besprühen.
Erntegut vor dem Verzehr waschen. Werden
diese nicht sofort verzehrt, sollten sie im
Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden (nicht länger
als 2-3 Tage).

6. Clean

water and leave to dry.
At the beginning, note seed-related informati-
on such as sowing quantity and watering time
in the seed table. You can then adapt these
values depending on your own experiences.
For mucilaginous seeds such as cress: once the
mucilage has started to form, only spray with
fresh water.
Wash harvested sprouts before consuming. If
not eaten immediately, they should be stored
in the fridge (for no longer than 2-3 days).
