3 Filling in coﬀee

Used ground coﬀee

Fill the ground coﬀee into the ﬁlter. Close the

ﬁlter lid.

Grinding coﬀee beans with the

ZWILLING Enﬁnigy coﬀee grinder

Remove the ﬁlter holder with the ﬁlter from the

coﬀee machine and hold it under the outlet of

the coﬀee grinder. Distribute the ground pow-

der in the ﬁlter by shaking it carefully. Insert the

ﬁlter holder into the coﬀee machine until it locks

into place with a click. Close the ﬁlter lid.

4 Brewing coﬀee

Turn the button to the right until the icon ﬂashes. Press the button.

• Without blooming, the brewing process will start immediately, and the icon will ﬂash.

• With blooming, you need to turn the button to select the number of cups to be brewed. Press the

button again. The icon will ﬂash, and the coﬀee machine will moisten the powder with the

right amount of water before the brewing starts.

As soon as the water tank is empty, the brewing unit will switch oﬀ and the icon will appear

continually. The hotplate will remain hot for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the coﬀee ma-

chine will switch oﬀ automatically. Press the button if you want to switch oﬀ the appliance earlier.

Risk of scalding! The coﬀee, the glass jug and the hotplate are hot during and after the

brewing process. Only hold the glass jug by the handle and handle it with care. Do not

touch the hotplate. The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.

The valve under the ﬁlter holder will only open if the closed glass jug has been placed

at the centre under the ﬁlter holder. Caution: If the jug is not inserted correctly or not at

all, the ﬁlter might spill over.
