Fermeture des sachets sous vide
La fermeture à glissière fournie permet de fermer facilement les sachets. Glisser la fermeture à
glissière sur le sachet par le côté, puis la tirer le long du bord pour fermer le sachet. Faire glisser
le doigt avec une légère pression sur le profil de fermeture pour s'assurer de la bonne fermeture
du sachet. Pour ouvrir le sachet, écarter le profil de fermeture des deux mains.

Nettoyage des sachets sous vide
Les sachets peuvent être nettoyés à la main, puis réutilisés. Toujours laisser sécher entièrement les
sachets après le nettoyage. Si de la viande crue, du poisson, des oeufs ou du fromage au lait
cru ont été conservés dans les sachets, ils doivent être nettoyés avec un soin particulier.
Veuillez noter que le bouton
PUSH au centre de la valve
en silicone doit être action-
né après chaque processus
de mise sous vide, afin de
rendre la valve hermétique.
