Voor het terugzenden van uw e-bike:

For sending back your E-Bike:

Bij het terugzenden van uw e-bike moet aan de volgende eisen worden voldaan:

- De batterij van de e-bike moet op de juiste plaats worden geplaatst en vastgezet

- Er mag geen zichtbare schade aan de batterijbehuizing van de e-bike zijn

- De batterij van de e-bike mag geen elektrische schade vertonen

- De e-bike dient goed verpakt en in een stevige transportdoos te worden geleverd.

Gebruik de verzenddoos waarin de e-bike bij uw thuis is afgeleverd

For sending back your E-Bike, the following points are requested:

- The battery needs to be mounted and secured on the battery spot of the E-Bike

- The battery case may not be broken or may not have any damages

- The battery may not have any electric defect

- The E-Bike needs to be packed and padded properly. Please use the carton in which

the E-Bake was sent to you
