 Reifendruck prüfen

Es gibt im Wesentlichen drei unterschiedliche Typen von Fahrradventilen (siehe Abb. Unten):

Auto-Ventil

Schrader-Ventil

Amerikanisches Ventil

Presta-Ventil

Sclaverand-Ventil

Französisches Ventil

Dunlop-Ventil

Fahrrad-Ventil

Sie finden die Angabe des zulässigen Reifenfülldrucks auf der Seite des Reifens. Es wird

ein Druckbereich angegeben. Testen Sie, welcher Reifenfülldruck für Sie in Frage kommt.

Wir empfehlen für das Prüfen und Korrigieren des Reifenfülldrucks eine Fahrrad-Stand-

pumpe mit Manometer.

Hinweis für Presta-Ventil:

- Lösen Sie die Überwurfmutter um ein bis zwei Umdrehungen.

- Drücken Sie das Ventilende kurz in Richtung der Felge. Wenn Druck im Reifen ist, entweicht

hörbar Luft.

- Schrauben Sie die Überwurfmutter nach dem Pumpvorgang wieder fest.

Um den Reifenfülldruck zu prüfen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

- Schrauben Sie die Ventilkappe vom Fahrradventil ab.

- Befolgen Sie, wenn erforderlich, den spezifischen Hinweis zum Presta-Ventil.

- Befestigen Sie den für den Typ vorgesehenen Anschluss der Standpumpe auf dem Fahrrad-

ventil.

Das Manometer zeigt den aktuellen Reifenfülldruck an.

- Korrigieren Sie einen falschen Reifenfülldruck.

- Entfernen Sie den Anschluss der Standpumpe vom Fahrradventil.

- Schrauben Sie die Ventilkappe auf das Fahrradventil.
