Für den Rückversand Ihres E-Bikes:

For sending back your E-Bike:

Damit Sie Ihr E-Bike versenden dürfen müssen folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein:

- Der Akku des E-Bikes muss an seiner vorgesehenen Stelle eingesetzt und verriegelt

sein

- Der Akku des E-Bikes darf keine sichtbaren Gehäuseschäden aufweisen

- Der Akku des E-Bikes darf keine elektrischen Schäden aufweisen

- Das E-Bike muss gut verpackt und gepolstert in einem stabilen Versandkarton ver-

sendet werden. Nutzen Sie hierzu bitte den Versandkarton in dem das E-Bike zu

Ihnen geliefert wurde

For sending back your E-Bike, the following points are requested:

- The battery needs to be mounted and secured on the battery spot of the E-Bike

- The battery case may not be broken or may not have any damages

- The battery may not have any electric defect

- The E-Bike needs to be packed and padded propperly. Please use the carton in

which the E-Bake was sent to you
