15. Troubleshooting
Fail to power on the phone
Check whether the battery has adequate capacity to
power on.
The phone has powered off automatically
The battery capacity is quite low, please charge the
battery.
No key tone when pressing the keys
Check whether the keypad tone has been disabled. You
can set keypad tone settings by pressing the OK Key
[MENU]→Settings & Tools→Sounds Settings
→Keypad Volume.
No incoming ringtone when receiving a call
Check whether the phone is set to silent mode or the
phone volume is turned off by pressing the Volume Keys
up or down. Choose the desired setting and press the
OK Key [SET].
Can not send a message
Check the status of the network.
Can not answer an incoming call by the headset
automatically
Check whether auto answer function is on in the call
settings by pressing the OK Key [MENU]→Settings &
Tools→Call Settings→Answer Options.
