 Wenn der Akku-Ladestand extrem niedrig ist, können Sie

das Telefon möglicherweise nicht einschalten, auch wenn

es gerade aufgeladen wird. Versuchen Sie es in diesem

Fall noch einmal, nachdem Sie das Telefon mindestens

30 Minuten lang aufgeladen haben. Wenden Sie sich an

den Kundenservice, wenn Sie das Telefon nach längerem

Laden immer noch nicht einschalten können.

 Der Akku ist nicht herausnehmbar. Bitte nehmen Sie die

rückseitige Abdeckung nicht ab.

 Halten Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste etwa 10 Sekunden lang

gedrückt, um einen Neustart des Mobiltelefons zu

erzwingen.

Verlängerung der Akkulebensdauer

Aktive Apps, Helligkeitsniveau des Bildschirms, Verwendung von

Bluetooth und WLAN und die GPS-Funktionalität tragen zum

Entladen der Batterie bei. Mithilfe der folgenden hilfreichen Tipps

können Sie den Energieverbrauch gering halten:

 Reduzieren Sie Zeit für die Hintergrundbeleuchtung des

Bildschirms.

 Senken Sie die Bildschirmhelligkeit ab.

 Schalten Sie das WLAN, Bluetooth und die automatische

Synchronisierung aus, wenn diese Funktionen nicht benötigt

werden.
