My zigma robot is making a big noise when using the roller If I take the roller out the noise is gone, for me is the electric motor that move the roler how I can get a knew replacement?

brand new zigma spark 980. Trying to charge first time but will not charge properly, robot says it is charging but the two indicators on top of it are both flashing on and off red and have not gone green at all, the app states there is abnormal charging. This robot has not been used yet at all
